Here are the basic elements of our Trading Assistant service…

FREE Market Analysis

The personally tailored services you receive with Rocky Mountain Online Auctions start right from the very first time you contact us.  We’ll start by doing a market analysis of the item(s) you want to list on eBay.  This is a fancy way of saying that we’ll check to see what kind of selling price you might expect for your item on eBay and the likelihood of having a successful sale.

 

If the market analysis looks promising and you want to run the auction, we’ll put together a listing proposal (including basic rates and any recommended options) and review the plan with you.  From this, we will prepare a listing contract that works best for selling your stuff.

Picture This!

Quality photography is essential to a successful listing.  You can provide your own digital photos if you wish, but we recommend you use our digital photography services to insure your item will have the very best presentation online.  Besides, the first photo for any listing is free, and additional photos are only $1 each!

Personalized From Start to Finish!

With our Trading Assistant service, you can hold an auction for your item or offer it at a designated price.  Once the details are all decided, we’ll write up a professional listing description to accompany the photos and schedule your sale.  During the time of the sale (7 or 10 days), we’ll field any questions that are asked by potential buyers.  We’ll also send you links so you can view your listing(s) online.

 

After your listing ends, we’ll work with the buyer to arrange for payment and shipping.  We’ll package your item and once the payment is completed, we’ll get it to the proper shipping service for delivery.

We Turn Your Stuff Into CASH!

As soon as your item has been paid for and shipped, we will send you a check for the balance, minus our commission, which covers the eBay costs, online payment fees and any other expenses associated with your sale.

Besides our Trading Assistant services described above, we also offer Store Assistant services for those who want to sell items through our eBay Store.

 

This service resembles a consignment arrangement that continues on a month-to-month basis.  Listings appear in our eBay store (RMOA Outlet) and continue until the item (or inventory quantity) is sold out or the seller chooses to end the listing.
